Lovelace Health Plan is excited to partner with OptumHealth Financial Services (OHFS) to provide COBRA administration services to our COBRA eligible clients. OHFS is known for their innovative tools and outstanding service and we believe they are uniquely positioned to provide the same level of quality that our clients have come to expect from Lovelace for their insurance products.
Effective January 1, 2010, Harrington Benefit Services (HBS) will no longer provide COBRA administration to Lovelace Health plan clients. Group's that currently utilize HBS for COBRA administration are encouraged to transfer this service to OHFS by completing the COBRA Implementation Packet below.
The fee for this service will be $0.85 per employee per month.
If a group wishes to find another administrator for COBRA, the transition must be complete before January 1, 2010 as this is the date we are officially terminating COBRA services with HBS.
