Lovelace Health System, Inc. & Lovelace Insurance Company offers an expanded line of benefit plans and funding options, tailored to meet the needs of large and small businesses, retirees and beneficiaries of government programs. Plans are available to employer groups in New Mexico with a minimum of two eligible employees.

- HMO benefit plan with the added flexibility of seeing providers outside of the Lovelace Network
- Incentives to use in-network providers, including lower out-of-pocket costs

HIGH-DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLANS (HDHP)
- Plans with the most affordable premiums, with the option to open a Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Choice of either a PPO or In-Network Only plan design
- No Cost for wellness and preventive health care services received from Lovelace network provider

SELF INSURED
For employers who choose to self-fund their health plans, Lovelace offers customized Administrative Services Only (ASO) options where the employer gains maximum control over design and cost of the plan. | |

GROUP SCI
If your employees are between the ages of 19 and 64, they may qualify for State Coverage Insurance Coverage (SCI). SCI members pay low monthly premiums - or no premiums - depending on their income. Individuals may enroll through their employer group or as an individual. | |
