Lovelace Health Plan is pleased to announce that Karen Eskridge has accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Karen has been working with LHP since June 20. Prior to joining Lovelace, she was an executive consultant with FluidEdge Consulting. Until 2009, she also served as vice president of claim operations for Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, where she worked for 34 years.
Karen is a valuable addition to the operations team. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale business operations. She has specialized in the management of claims, enrollment, customer service and operations applications systems. She is also experienced in managing customer support for new products and system conversions.
Karen received her bachelor of science in business management from Widener University in Pennsylvania and her master of jurisprudence in health law from Widener Law School in Wilmington, Del. She is also a member of National Association of Health Services Executives.
