As the chief programs officer for Lovelace Health Plan, Marlene oversees more than 110,000 members in the Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Marlene has over 23 years experience in the healthcare industry, the last 16 years as a senior administrator with responsibilities including sales, marketing, product implementation and program oversight. She has been with Lovelace Health Plan since 1988, serving in various roles such as vice-president of public programs and director of senior services.
She is compassionate about her community and gives back graciously. She serves as a board member for the Better Business Bureau as well as United Way of Central New Mexico Women in Philanthropy. Marlene has been married to her husband Kevin for 22 years. They enjoy automobile car shows together and she loves to cook and bake with her two daughters.
