The SCI benefit package includes primary and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services, pharmacy, x-rays, physical/occupational/speech therapy and behavioral health services (mental health and substance abuse services).
Benefits are limited to $100,000 per benefit year with a combined limit of 25 inpatient, physical rehabilitation and home health days.
The Lovelace SCI program is offered to employers with less than 50 eligible employees (eligible to take up insurance through that employer).
