DISEASE MANAGEMENT
Lovelace’s Disease Management Department offers programs to assist members with improving their health. The LIFELONG Steps program works with members with chronic diseases and the Stop Tobacco for Optimal Prevention (S.T.O.P.) program assists members who wish to quit smoking or using other tobacco products. The Healthy Weight program assists members who are overweight to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
