Jami D. Frost, MD, is a Medical Director for Lovelace Health Plan. She joined LHP in February 2009 after 13 years of practice at the University of New Mexico as a pediatric oncologist and professor of pediatrics.
Dr. Frost was Clinical Director of Pediatric Oncology at UNM for seven years, and she has served as Chair of the Human Research Review Committee at UNM for two years.
Dr. Frost is a graduate of Texas A&M University’s College of Medicine in College Station, Texas. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of California-Irvine Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wis.
Dr. Frost is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, American Academy of Pediatrics, New Mexico Medical Society and New Mexico Pediatric Society. Dr. Frost has lived in Albuquerque since 1996 with her husband and two children.
