Baby Love

The Baby Love program is a free telephonic program available to LCHP members from the beginning of pregnancy through the first few months of the new baby’s life.  Baby Love is a team effort that includes the mother-to-be, her health care provider, and a maternity consultant available to answer questions 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  We encourage mothers-to-be to join the Baby Love program as soon as they become LCHP members!!  To enroll in the Lovelace Baby Love program, call 1-800-395-2229.

LCHP values our mothers-to-be.  We will send a special care package especially for the mother-to-be.  This package includes a handbook with important health information for her and the baby, information on the infant car seat program, and other very special items.  

By participating in the Baby Love program and receiving the recommended number of prenatal visits, LCHP will provide you with a free infant car seat. 

After your baby has arrived, our Baby Love program will provide you with a package including health care tips, a free digital thermometer, and information on how to receive your free toddler car seat!! Here are the applications for the free car seats, which you can double-click to open:

Lovelace Community Health Plan (LCHP) recognizes the importance of mothers-to-be maintaining their overall health.  With this in mind, LCHP offers full benefits during pregnancy.  We do not limit benefits to only those services related to the pregnancy.  In addition to standard medical and behavioral services, LCHP encourages members to receive dental and vision care during their pregnancy.
