Healthy Trails was created to help New Mexico’s children grow up strong and healthy. The program follows a child’s development from birth to age 21. It includes a structured schedule of doctor visits and immunizations. Healthy Trails helps parents with reminder phone calls and mailings of their child’s upcoming appointments and exams.
The program includes many rewards for participating members including a FREE CAR SEAT for toddlers who receive all required immunizations and well-child checkups by the age of six months. By joining this program and following the well child visit schedule, members can keep a close watch on their child’s development, catching problems before they become serious.
